The mush is prepared from the meat cooking broth, seasoning and, finally, cassava flour are added. The recipe here is with meat, but you can prepare a fish or chicken broth that is also delicious. Ingredients for making mush with broth:

 ½ cup of manioc flour

 600 milliliters of beef broth

 1 small chopped onion

 1 small chopped tomato

 parsley

 salt to taste

How to make flour mush with meat broth:

First prepare a very tasty homemade broth. You can make a pot of meat with plenty of broth, and once the meat is tender, remove all the broth to make the mush.

Transfer the stock to another pan, add the seasonings (onion, tomato and parsley), add the salt and bring to a boil over low heat.

As soon as it boils, with one hand add the manioc flour little by little to the center of the pan and, with the other, keep stirring the mush without stopping so the flour does not lump. You can use a fouet to help you or a spoon.
